If you have not enrolled in coverage by the end of Open Enrollment, you generally cannot buy Connect for Health Colorado marketplace health coverage until the next Open Enrollment period for coverage the following year. You may buy Connect for Health Colorado marketplace insurance outside Open Enrollment only if you qualify for a special enrollment period due to a qualifying life event such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, or loss of other health coverage.

- When can I shop and enroll in a new 2015 plan?
Connect for Health Colorado customers can begin to shop, compare, and purchase plans beginning November 15 for January 1 coverage.
- Will I be notified of my ability to shop for a new plan during Open Enrollment?
Yes. Connect for Health Colorado will notify you via email or paper letter at the end of October with your renewal options, including your opportunity to shop for a new plan beginning November 15.
