I cannot find my renewal notice. What do I do?

Connect for Health Colorado will send you a renewal notice by October 31. If you have not received your notice by October 31st, and you are working with a Broker, you can ask your Broker about your renewal options. If you would like your notice to be resent, please call our Connect for Health Colorado Customer Service Center at 855-PLANS-4-YOU (855-752-6749) TTY 855- 346-3432. You can also view your renewal options online beginning November 15th in your User Account.
