You received a notice from the Connect for Health Colorado marketplace in October stating that you were eligible for auto-redetermination and auto-renewal. After Connect for Health Colorado sent you this notice Connect for Health Colorado received new information from the federal government regarding your income that makes you (and your household) potentially ineligible for the tax credit in 2015. Because we cannot say whether you are still eligible for the federal tax credit, you must come back to the Connect for Health Colorado marketplace and re-apply for the tax credit by submitting a new application. If your updated eligibility determination makes you newly ineligible for the tax credit or cost sharing reductions, you will have the option to select a new plan.
