If you did not submit a change to your 2015 enrollment by December 15th, you generally can’t make changes to your enrollment for 2015 until the next Open Enrollment period for coverage the following year. You may make changes to your enrollment outside Open Enrollment only if you qualify for a special enrollment period due to a qualifying life event such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, or loss of other health coverage. If you need to report a change to your eligibility to the federal tax credit, you can report that at any time.
