Reporting changes to the Connect for Health Colorado marketplace for the 2015 plan year is your responsibility. If you are receiving financial assistance, you will have until December 15 to report changes to the Connect for Health Colorado marketplace for January 1 coverage. You can report changes online through your User Account, in-person with a Connect for Health Colorado Broker or Health Coverage Guide, or over the phone with a Connect for Health Colorado Customer Service Center Representative beginning November 15.
