What if I disagree with the 2015 tax credit amount stated in my redetermination and renewal notice?

The tax credit amount in your notice was determined using the most recent income and family size information that you reported to us as of October 1, 2014. Changes to your income or household size reported after October 1, will not be reflected in your notice. If you disagree with the information listed in your notice or would like to report a change in circumstance, you can submit a new eligibility application online, with the help of your Connect for Health Colorado Broker or Health Coverage Guide, or over the phone with a Service Center Representative. You will have until December 15 to re-apply for the tax credit and receive an updated determination.
