What if my plan is being changed or cancelled?

Your insurance company will send you information by October 1 about updated benefits and any other changes to your current coverage if your plan is available to you next year. If you have questions regarding changes to your plan, you should contact your insurance company directly.

In some cases, your current Connect for Health Colorado marketplace plan will not be offered in 2015. If that is the case, Connect for Health Colorado will send you a notice asking you to shop and enroll in a new plan beginning November 15. It is important that you select your new 2015 plan by December 15 to receive January 1 coverage.
